Thursday:

Leave school at 1:30 pm - Meet in the forum

Friday

Leave School at 12:00  noon - Meet in the forum

Congratulations to all athletes who qualified and participated in the OFSAA west regional Competition held on the weekend in London. Special congratulations go out to our Midget Girls  4*100m relay team who finished 1st in the race and qualified for OFSAA in Toronto on Thursday and Friday.

OFSAA WEST SCHEDULE

The following Students have qualified for the OFSAA West  regional meet next Friday and Saturday in London. I have booked a bus for Friday which will leave school at 10:15 am and return to school after the 4*100 m relays. We should get back to the school around 9:30 pm.

If you are competing on Saturday please see me about your travel arrangements for that day.

Wednesday - Bus Leaves at 11:30 am - return at 7:30pm

Thursday - Bus Leaves at 8:30 am - Return at 5:00pm

CWOSSA QUALIFIERS

If you have qualified for CWOSSA (Placing 1st or 2nd at District 8) please check the attached CWOSSA schedule. If you are unable to compete at CWOSSA due to any type of conflict please let me know and I will scratch you from the CWOSSA meet. THIS is very important!!!!
If for any other reason you want to scratch from an event that you have qualified for, please let me know.

This must be done by Friday at 3:00 pm. I will not be at school on Friday so email me at thomas.worndl@wcdsb.ca .

D8 - Wednesday Thursday this week --TRANSPORTATION

Practice tonight - Tuesday

If you have an event at 9:00 am you MUST be on  the early bus leaving at 7:15 am.
Any one else wishing to be on this bus may also leave early with the 9:00 am competitors.



All other athletes will leave on the 9:00 am bus.



You will be given a competitors number that must worn with a RESURRECTION singlet. This number is valid for both days, Wednesday and Thursday. Do not loose it or leave it at home.

Dress for the weather!!!!!!!!!!
Bring food!!!!!
Bring Sun Screen!!!!!!
Print a copy of the schedule for yourself!!!!
Compete in all of the events that you signed up for!!!!!!

The return Bus will get us back to the school around 6:30pm.
