Friday April 31 is TRACK WARS

Buses will leave at 8:15 am  and 8:30 am
The Return Bus will be  back at Resurrection at around 4:30 pm.

Dress for the weather
Bring a lunch and SUN SCREEN.

MINI MEET # 1

The meet starts at 3:00. Leave class At 1:15 and be on the bus at 1:30.

The meet will be over around 8:00. The returning bus will leave Jacob Hespler at 8:00 pm.

Thursday's Practice

Thanks to all who gave who gave a great effort at yesterday's practice. Our focus right now is general fitness and conditioning. We have developed some benchmark data with yesterdays workout in order to measure your individual improvement over time.

Today's practice will focus on running. It is not a race. Make sure you are warmed up and and focus on your running style.
